With our variety of classes, we’d like to give you a chance to explore them at a discounted rate. With this offer, you can take any three classes at The Center for Movement & Healing for $10 per class! Simply pay the teacher $10. This is our best offer for introductory class experience. We rarely do discount coupons–sometimes in the summer. Our teachers are professionals who invested their time, energy and money in their craft. Teaching is their profession, which is why we don’t sell our craft short by undercutting with frequent or deeply discount offerings. We value you and we value what we offer.

Ready to use your three class pass? Come on in! Your teacher or assistant can sign you and create your class card. Simply pay the instructor your $10.
Cash, check accepted. And most teachers accept credit/debit cards too.
UGH, some classes are required by Washington Law to charge sales tax of .$.95 on $10. The State of Washington charges sales tax on fitness classes. But not Tai Chi, Feldenkrais or Yoga as these classes are classified as “instructional”)
Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid for those new to The Center for Movement & Healing. One per customer. Passes cannot be shared. Money-back guaranteed if you absolutely don’t like any of the classes you take. Three class pass offer does not expire.
What’s the class size?—generally classes have between 10-15 people in them. Our spaces maxes out with about 27 dancers.
What’s the price? Teachers set their own prices averaging $17 a class to drop-in for one-time. All teachers offer a discounted price for class cards or series. Many offer a first-time introductory price. Contact the teacher directly for specifics or click on the class via our calendar schedule. Cash/check preferred though many teachers process credit cards on-site.
Should I arrive early? Early is beneficial, especially your first time, to fill out necessary paperwork.
What do I wear? Whatever makes you feel good! And layers helps too. For Tai Chi you may wear soft-soled shoes if they are dedicated to inside use only. Our floor is precious to us, no outside or hard-soled shoes, please.
Where do I park? Excellent question! Street parking is plentiful and free on the street and in the neighborhood. Please do not park in the Swedish Automotive lot, unless you have a handicap pass.
How long are classes? All classes are one hour, except for Yoga w/ Kat which is 90-minutes.
Do I bring my own mat? You can and we have plenty on site.
Do you rent the studio? Yes! We invite teachers, performer and other’s looking for hourly rentals to contact Jill@CenterMoveHeal.com
